Hi, my name is Chad Cassner and it is my pleasure and honor to tell you who I am and what I stand for. I hope that you will all take to heart the most important thing that I have come to learn, and that is that there is a better way of life out there for anyone who truly wants it.
I come from a small blue collar family in the suburbs of Harrisburg, PA where I still live today. My father was in construction and my mother worked in a factory. My parents were strong role models and very supportive of both me and my sister. They even coached the sports teams we played on, and they never shorted us on love.
Now, as a husband and father of three girls myself, I try to provide for my family the same way my parents provided for me. I worked very hard to also buy them comforts that my parents were unable to afford. In some ways that might have been a mistake because in order to make more money at my job, I had to take on more responsibility and work longer hours. Yes, I was able to give my family more material things than my parents gave me, but my parents had given me something that money can't buy, and that is their involvement.
I remember walking through the door after a long day at work and my daughter Hannah running to me, screaming with excitement. She jumped on top of me, all giggles and smiles and she filled my heart with so much joy I thought it would burst. I can clearly remember asking myself if it was possible to have this feeling everyday for more than just a few moments at a time.
I began to look for alternatives and I realized that there was something in common with every person I knew who had made a lot of money without having to work for it, and that was real estate. All of my life it was right there in front of me but I neglected to see it. My parents sold their first house that my dad built himself and then used the profits to buy a bigger and better house. My in-laws sold the house they had lived in for thirty two years, for TEN TIMES what they paid for it! When I congratulated them, they said "Yeah, but we should have bought ten of them!" Stories like that are endless.
I bought my first investment property using the techniques that we developed at Real Estate Riches®. It was a three bedroom, one bath single family home. I used none of my own money, and after the bank financed the purchase and repairs, I still pocketed $4,000 Cash, plus $200 a month positive cash flow, which is an extra $2,400 a year PASSIVE INCOME! The funny part is that I was able to do this deal over the phone during my lunch break at work.
Well, I am no fool. I started doing deal after deal, until four months later I had replaced the income I was making at work, and quit my J-O-B for good. Now when I get up in the morning I spend time with my daughters, have lunch with my wife and we have the time to do the things that we really enjoy. I am so grateful to have discovered this way of life, free from the rat race, that I have dedicated myself to sharing the Real Estate Riches® approach with others. The approach makes money, yes, but is not so much about making the money as it is about having the free time to enjoy it.
At the Real Estate Riches® free workshop we will show you exactly how we do it, so that you can do it too, but taking action is everything. There isn't anyone I meet that doesn't say that they wish they had more money, more free time, better relationships and a better life; but so few ever do anything about it. As I said at the beginning, it is yours if you want it. All you have to do is come and talk with us, hear what we have to say, and then follow your heart.

I am Scott McDonald and I am the funny one. I am originally from Detroit, but I am now Chad's next door neighbor and business partner. Together we run the Reading office of Real Estate Riches® and host the "Hell Yes Radio Show" (hint- I am the funny one).
